Joy – Orthodontic Office Manager

Joy has been our orthodontic office manager for 13 years, and she loves seeing the beautiful smiles that Dr. Johnson creates. When she isn’t working, you’ll typically find her at home gardening.

Nicole – Assistant Orthodontic Office Manager

Nicole is our assistant orthodontic office manager, and she has 25+ years of experience in the orthodontic field, with 20 of those years being with Dr. Johnson! She loves seeing the look on a patient’s face when they see their smile for the first time after their braces or appliances are removed. When she isn’t busy in the orthodontic office, you’ll usually find her on the sidelines at her children’s soccer games or at the barn attending to her daughter’s show animals.

Melanie – Business Assistant

Melanie is one of our business assistants that you will be greeted by at the front desk. She joined Dr. Johnson’s team in October of 2020 and has been in the orthodontic field for six years. She loves working with our patients and watching their smiles change, and she’s always excited to see their final results. Away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, going out on the boat, fishing, and being outdoors.

Robin – Treatment Coordinator

Robin has been in the dental field for 32 years and with Dr. Johnson for 18 years. She loves meeting new patients and watching their beautiful smiles come together over time. As a treatment coordinator, her goal is to develop great relationships with our patients and their families. In her free time, she enjoys camping, cooking, swimming, cruising, and traveling to as many places as she can with her husband, daughter, and friends.

Lisa – Clinical Coordinator

Lisa is Dr. Johnson’s clinical coordinator, and you will also find her assisting him chairside. She has been with Dr. Johnson since April of 2006 and in the orthodontic field for 20 years! She loves working with our patients every day and is excited to see their results after treatment. She loves to be a part of the process of changing smiles and helping patients gain the confidence they deserve. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, shopping, camping, and fishing.

Jordan – Orthodontic Assistant

Jordan started with us in June of 2021 and has been in the orthodontic field for three years. She enjoys working in orthodontics because she loves seeing people gain confidence when they no longer feel insecure about their teeth. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games and baking.

Meghan – Dental Assistant

Meghan is originally from the Tampa Bay area. However, her career has taken her all over the world! She joined the Army when she was 19, and she spent the last five years in Europe. It was actually while she was in Germany that she began working in the field of orthodontics. Today, she is happy to continue helping patients smile now that she’s back home in Florida. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and relaxing.

Aundrea – Dental Assistant

Aundrea may be new to our team, but she has been working in the field of orthodontics for over eight years now! In that time, she worked as both a lab technician and an assistant, so her experience is quite comprehensive. For her, the best parts of her job are learning new ways to improve, seeing her patients’ smiles transform, and having a good time at work. On the evenings and weekends, she enjoys paddleboarding, going on nature walks, and playing games with her family.

Kristin – Dental Assistant

With six years of experience in orthodontics under her belt, Kristin joined our team in January 2024. Now, she loves spending her days helping Dr. Alex create beautiful smiles. As for life outside the office, she enjoys playing with her dog, Koda, and fishing.
